Dear prayer partners,

This is an email I never wanted to send.

Dustan Noble Gammon is in the arms of His precious Heavenly Father.  He
passed yesterday, Saturday June 28, 2008 at 1:31 pm.  He has received his
healing.  He is now cancer free and pain free.

This past two months he did everything he wanted to do and enjoyed every
minute.  He was so strong and had the faith of a giant.  His faith is what has
taken him into his new life.  The scripture we have truly clung to lately is I will
not die but live and declare the works of the Lord.  I now realize this is a very
true scripture.  He did not die he lives and YES he declared the works of the
Lord.  As does everyone he touched.  So the works of the Lord will be
declared everyday.

He held onto his bible everyday this past week.  He knew he was close to
going to his new home.  He knew he was so close to his miracle.  As we all
know he now has received it.  I love him with everything inside me and will
miss him greatly.

We have been together 24/7 the last 8 months and almost the same the other
2 years of this battle. My life will never be the same.  Anyone who knew him
lives will never be the same.

I love you my baby and I now know you hold Jesus hand instead of mine
now.

Still Resting with Him,
April

Today I am thankful for a son who has taught me the true meaning of faith.
The oak tree is a common symbol of strength and
endurance.  We all saw this in Dustan.  Now, this
symbol of Dustan's life will be with us on our field
forever.
